Does the BioScan software run on Apple computers?
BioScan software(s) is designed and developed for the Microsoft Windows Operating System. it requires a native installation of Windows to work. With the coming of Apple to use an Intel Processor it is now possible, through use of Boot Camp, to install a native copy of Microsoft Windows on an Apple computer. The software does not work with the OSX Operating System commonly found on Apple computers. It also does not work with Windows running on the Parallels Virtual Machine provided on the OSX Operating System. This is because, despite running on Windows, it still has to communicate with the hardware through the OSX Operating System. Currently, there are no OSX compatible drivers that will allow the device to communicate with the OSX Operating system or other Apple Computer Operating Systems.
